This is a Kellogg's Rice Krispies Crackle from "Snap, Crackle & Pop" Figure, Topper.-----
It has Crackle written in the cap and Kellogg Company, Made in Taiwan stamped on the bottom.------------
It is made of flexible plastic or rubber. I can not tell which. I am not sure what this figure does. It seems to be some kind of topper for a bottle ???????------------------Maybe part of a Game??
Not sure of the age. It is probably something that I got in an advertising promotion and my youngest child is 47 years old and my oldest is 55 so I would guess at least 50+ years old. I just can't remember anything about when I got it or what it does.
It still in great condition. It is extremely Rare as I can not find another one on Internet anywhere.
