Simplicity Costumes for Kids Pattern 5520 size A 3-8
It has been opened and one costume has been used. I purchased this pattern at a Charity sale so I do not know the history of this pattern so you purchase at your own risk. The pattern seems to be well taken care of so I feel that probably all the pieces are there.
